Orders and Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes or military addresses.

Returns and cancellations
You have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, for hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once unsealed.
We can’t accept returns on:
- Opened or used intimate items
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Items with hygiene seals removed

Contact us immediately. We’ll offer a refund or replacement, and cover the return postage.
