We want you to shop with confidence. Below is a clear summary of your cancellation and return rights, in line with UK consumer law, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and discretion.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, simply email [email protected] with your order number.

Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Hygiene & Intimate Products

Due to health and hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Vibrators and intimate massagers
• Lubricants and intimate care products
• Any product designed for intimate or personal use

Unopened, sealed items are eligible for return.

This is in line with UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights are not affected.

You can return an item if it is:

• Faulty or defective
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect or not as described

In these cases:

• We will cover return costs
• You can choose a refund or replacement

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos if applicable.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return
• Original delivery charges are refunded if the entire order is returned
• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

How to Return an Item

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will provide return instructions.

Please ensure:

• Items are unused and unopened
• Original packaging and accessories are included
• Returns are securely packaged
• We recommend using a tracked service

For discretion, you may use plain packaging.

Subscription Orders

• Future subscription deliveries can be cancelled at any time
• Please cancel at least 48 hours before dispatch
• Items already dispatched follow standard cancellation rules
