Spreader Pillow – Padded Wrist & Ankle Restraint Set

Soft Padding, Playful Possibilities – Spreader Pillow Restraint Set

Bring a different texture to your restraint collection with the Spreader Pillow. Combining a padded U-shaped pillow with matching wrist and ankle cuffs, this coordinated set pairs a plush-looking finish with connecting straps and metal clips.

Choose classic Black, striking Red or soft Pink to suit your collection. Unlike a rigid spreader bar, this design uses flexible straps, with adjustment sliders on the long ankle connections.

A Coordinated Padded Design

Made with nylon and PP cotton filling, the set features a U-shaped padded pillow alongside wrist and ankle cuffs. The long connecting straps can be adjusted in length; the exact adjustment range has not been specified.

Check the measurements before purchasing. The cuff lengths listed below describe the components laid flat and should not be treated as maximum wrist or ankle circumferences.

Important Safety Information

For consenting adults aged 18 and over. Agree on boundaries and a clear stop signal before use. Never leave a restrained person unattended, and keep all fastenings accessible for immediate release.

Never allow straps or the pillow to tighten around, press against or transfer pulling force to the neck or throat. Do not use for suspension, lifting or supporting body weight. If the arrangement places tension on the neck, do not use it in that position.

Check comfort and circulation throughout use. Release immediately if there is pain, numbness, tingling, unusual coldness, skin colour change or breathing difficulty. Inspect straps, stitching, cuffs and clips before every use, and discontinue use if any part is damaged.
